Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
- Clean grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and common areas
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in
- Complete resident requests for service as directed
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in maintenance and groundskeeping
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
