Summary of Job Duties:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing quality customer service to UA Little Rock students, prospective students, and parents in a professional manner. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience:
* The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, plus one (1) year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls through the main phone line in the office;
* Assist callers with general questions and concerns about financial aid;
* Transfer student phone calls to the Financial Aid Advisor who is on duty;
* Take detailed phone messages through a computerized phone database system;
* Respond to emails from students;
* Complete data entry of financial aid documentation;
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of student record processing;
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, prospective students, and parents;
* Perform other duties as assigned.
