Job Details

Responsibility and accountability for leadership and management of business functions for Perioperative Services. Has a department size of 38 operating rooms and 5 IVR suits. Includes budgeting, revenue generation, supply expense management by Physician, vendor relations, FDA compliance, Regulatory compliance contract monitoring and non-salary cost management on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. Functions as supervisor for personnel in data processing, scheduling, and the vein center. Other information:Bachelor's degree in business, nursing or a healthcare related area is required (An appropriate masters degree can considered in place of a bachelors degree). A masters degree in business or a healthcare related area preferred. Two years management experience including budgeting, purchasing, and financial management preferred. Experience with data collection and analysis required. O. R. experience preferred.
