What You'll Do

• Lead the district to ensure effective, economical, and safe use of treatment chemicals and equipment at customer sites.
• Design and implement treatment programs with the local team.
• Communicate activities with sales management and customers.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Implement value delivery projects and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct routine service visits, testing, and generate reports.
• Assist with technical issues, develop corrective plans, and keep sales informed.
• Train customer personnel on treatment chemistry application.
• Analyze data to monitor program performance using KPIs.
• Conduct mid-year and annual reviews at customer sites.
• Report safety metrics to customers.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years relevant industrial experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds occasionally.
• Problem-solving skills, customer focus, and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
