Job Details

Assists Airport Director in the maintenance of the Airport grounds and facilities by performing the following manual labor and semi-skilled duties. Essential Functions include the following. The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Other duties may be assigned. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. General Grounds Maintenance: mows grass, operates tractor (with attachments), bush hog, weed-eater, blower, chainsaw and other similar equipment. General Facilities Maintenance: performs manual and semi-skilled labor involved in building maintenance, airfield lighting, and general airport maintenance that may include minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair. Custodial Duties: includes, but not limited to: floor maintenance, dusting, removing trash and setup of equipment and materials for special events.
