Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: $45,000/year + Bonus & Commission
• Pay may vary based on experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain all site aspects for smooth operation
• Recruit, interview, hire, and manage team members
• Train and provide ongoing education to staff
• Create schedules and assign responsibilities
• Set and monitor sales and financial goals
• Open and close the site, manage daily operations
• Perform minor repairs as trained
• Engage customers and promote services
• Monitor labor costs and maintenance
• Complete reports timely
• Enforce company policies
• Manage chemicals safely and efficiently
• Load vehicles with customer service and safety in mind
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage overall site performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role
• 3+ years in sales or customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field
• Preferred: Supervisory experience and car wash knowledge
