Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager at our Sherwood service center. This role involves overseeing the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably according to Caliber's SOP, insurance standards, and industry guidelines is essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of the repair process and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting over 50 lbs
