The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably according to Caliber's SOP, insurance standards, and industry guidelines is essential.
