Responsibilities

• Develop market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx.
• Create marketing plans and activities to position products competitively.
• Collaborate on market research, monitor competition, and identify customer needs.
• Support sales through RFP responses and collateral preparation.
• Manage product readiness and develop commercialization toolkits for sales teams.
• Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Lead broad programs impacting operational success.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in healthcare technology product commercialization.
• Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM.
• Digital transformation expertise.
• Pharmacy and PBM experience.
• Product marketing and brand awareness skills.
