What you'll do

Work across categories including strategy, team management, budgeting, assortments, replenishment, and supplier negotiations. Set strategic direction aligned with Walmart's broader strategies. Understand supplier and customer needs to innovate and improve continuously. Use your influence and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field with 5 years' experience in merchandising management, or 7 years' experience in a related area. Plus, 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership of cross-functional teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office, negotiation skills with third-party suppliers, and a Master's in Business Administration are preferred.
