Position Summary...

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data, reviewing key performance indicators, and developing action plans to enhance performance. The candidate will research, evaluate, and analyze data to identify operational and driver experience gaps, and develop solutions to improve program and process metrics. Leading process improvement projects and utilizing data insights are essential aspects of the role. The position requires understanding all aspects of store fulfillment, driving the execution of business plans, removing barriers, providing resources, and setting performance standards. The candidate will also support driver supply and experience, participate in digital change initiatives, ensure compliance with policies, and promote company values. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning for market share growth, monitoring legal compliance, and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and service. The position offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off options. The annual salary range is $90,000 to $180,000, with potential bonuses and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field and 2 years' experience in retail operations or a related field OR 5 years' experience in retail operations or a related field. Valid state-issued driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications...

Experience in customer service environments, digital change initiatives, management within Walmart operations, grocery retail management, project management, and retail management.
