ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain gardens and lawns which includes: mow lawn and edge walkways, plant or replace landscape, fertilize, weed, soil conditioning, add/replace mulch, apply pesticides, blow leaves and debris, clear drains, sweep and haul green waste.Manage, prune, feed, water and care for landscape, flowers, hedges and fruit trees.Horticultural care for all plantings.Maintain flower beds including dead heading flowers, mulch replacement, feeding and general care of all plants, trees, lawn, hedges and flowers.Monitor and spray for pests on all vegetation on the property.Monitor gardens for rodents, pests, plant disease and treat as needed.Prepare monthly report for property management regarding upkeep of the grounds and current conditions.Monitor garden supplies and provide property manager with a list of replacement items as needed.Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools.Move lawn furniture, power wash terraces, clean and wash gutters to remove debris.Performs other related duties as assignedEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Previous experience in a similar position preferred.On-the-job training offered.#LI-DNI Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
