This role involves providing excellent customer service, implementing marketing strategies, managing data entry and financial reporting, overseeing maintenance, service, and renovation departments, and communicating effectively with the business owner. The ideal candidate will enjoy both indoor and outdoor work, be a self-starter capable of working independently, and uphold integrity and resort-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

Success will be measured by:

1. Developing, executing, and monitoring the marketing plan and budget
2. Managing customer relationships with superior communication and realistic expectations
3. Handling daily financial operations (receivables, payables, pricing, etc.)
4. Managing staff with oversight of PoolOps software and weekly meetings
5. Focusing on employee retention and recruiting, emphasizing ongoing education via online training
6. Regularly communicating issues and solutions to the owner

Requirements

The position requires:

• At least 1 year of management and/or accounting experience; swimming pool industry experience is preferred
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• The ability to lift up to 100 lbs

While no specific experience is mandatory as we will train you in ASP methods to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize your earning potential, a college degree and Certified Pool Operator License are preferred.
