This role supports inventory accuracy, field service coordination, process improvement, cost control, and team collaboration. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts. Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems, utilizing ERP, WMS, or inventory management software (e.g., LN, RIMS, etc.). Ensure timely delivery of parts and tools to field technicians. Forecast with service teams to anticipate demand and plan for critical parts and shortages. Coordinate inventory transfers and assist with shipping and receiving. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce waste. Track basic inventory metrics and support cost-saving efforts. Collaborate with warehouse and service teams to support daily operations. Follow inventory procedures and participate in training as needed.
