Job Summary

The candidate will be expected to have good communication and business knowledge. The candidate will be engaged in projects that may require them to interact with global users. The candidate shall have the acumen to convert business requirements into blueprints and subsequently configure in SAP systems. FI Module users support SAP (HANA & ECC).

Areas Of Responsibility

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 2 to 3 full cycle SAP implementations. Experience of SAP Implementation in the Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience of SAP rollout and support for multiple geographies.
• Must be able to manage support projects for large organizations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Understanding of accounting and GST business processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Ability to understand business processes from an organizational perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be results-oriented and shall have an attitude of adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI Module.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements.
• Design, customize, configure, and test FI.

1. Primary Skills

• 2 S4 Hana End to End Implementation as FI Consultant.
• Electronic Bank Reconciliation/DMEE.
• S4 Hana Implementation.
• S4 Hana Upgrade.
• FI- GL, AR, AP, Assets Cutover – Experience.
• Parallel Ledger/Accounting.
• Cross module integration and hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in procure to pay cycle.

2. Secondary Skills (Candidate is preferred in case having experience).

• Project System – WBS.
• CO-Product Cost Controlling.
• COPA – Profitability Analysis.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Specific Certification: FI SAP Certification if available.
• Skills: SAP HANA / ECC FI Module Expert.
• Experience: 5 – 7 Years SAP FI Module.
