Halff has an opening for a Water and Wastewater Project Manager in Little Rock, offering significant responsibility and growth opportunities. The minimum qualifications and responsibilities include:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (all disciplines eligible; preferably Civil or Environmental Engineering).
2. 5+ years of experience supporting Water/Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plant projects.
3. Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or able to obtain within 6 months.
4. Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
5. Experience in pump station, water storage, and pipeline design is required.
6. Water/Wastewater treatment experience is desirable.
7. Proficient in conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
8. Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
9. Ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and resolve issues.
10. Manage quality assurance and control to meet or exceed client and company standards, complying with recognized codes and standards.
11. Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or WaterCAD, SewerCAD).
12. Support construction administration and lead or assist with permitting efforts.
