Summary: Lead assigned development department(s), supervise and mentor development professionals and program managers to enhance Arkansas Children's philanthropic profile.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Recommended Education: Master's degree or equivalent.

Required Work Experience: 7 years in a related field with 5 years of leadership experience.

Recommended Work Experience: 7 years in development or related fields.

Required Certifications: Valid driver's license from Arkansas DMV.

Recommended Certifications: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

• Coordinate and lead program areas with broad responsibilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance philanthropy.
• Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders to increase support.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Build and develop effective teams.
• Implement quality improvement processes with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Drive personal or organizational vehicle as needed for job functions.
