Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Recommended Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
Required Work Experience: 7 years in a related field with 5 years of leadership experience.
Recommended Work Experience: 7 years in development or related fields.
Required Certifications: Valid driver's license from Arkansas DMV.
Recommended Certifications: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
