The NTransit application provides a seamless experience for drivers across private fleets, CCOB (contracted carriers), and external carriers. It directs workflow, facilitates communications, enhances visibility, and manages driver pay. As a crucial part of Walmart's supply chain, NTransit bridges planning with execution in stores, distribution centers, and clubs. It also lowers barriers of entry for SMB carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, enabling them to offer untapped capacity solutions.
This role will own a portion of the broader platform of Driver Experience within NTransit, focusing on building out a communications strategy and vision. The individual in this role will identify opportunities to streamline communication between drivers and end consumers, working with stakeholder partners to build interoperability between drivers and transportation offices, other driver groups, and stores.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to Northwest Arkansas.
