A Central Supply Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring healthcare facilities have the necessary supplies and equipment readily available for patient care and overall operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Key Responsibilities:Supply Management: Ordering and receiving supplies from vendors, including but not limited to Office Supplies. Shipping supplies out to satellite clinics Unpacking, organizing, and stocking medical supplies, scan packing list Maintaining accurate inventory records of all items. Conducting regular inventory checks and audits. Monitoring supply levels, maintaining par levels and checking for expired supplies. Reconciling received orders with packing slips, reporting discrepancies and end of month inventory counts Distribution: Collecting and filling supply requisitions from various departments. Delivering supplies to nursing stations and designated areas.
