The BEAR Life program is seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking, well organized, and professional student employee who possesses superior verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to work during fall, spring, and summer terms. Peer Guides will support BEAR Life students through one on one Success Coaching. Flexible hours and independent work. Skills and abilities: Proficient Critical Thinking/ Problem Solving skills Effective oral and written Communication Skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently with common goals as a part of a team.
