The 340 B Program Manager is responsible for managing participation in the 340 B Program for all 340 B Covered Entities (C - Es) in the system, ensuring all use of 340 B throughout the organization is fully compliant with HRSA regulations and CE policies. Responsible for achieving maximum utilization of 340 B pricing through full 340 B Program participation in all areas of qualified use, meeting objectives defined by hospital leadership. Responsible for monitoring, and assessing the potential institutional impact, of new and proposed 340 B regulations and changes to 340 B rulings and interpretations. Responsible for adherence to and maintenance of 340 B related policies and procedures. Responsible for providing 340 B compliance program updates. Responsible for ensuring participation qualifications are met and maintained and all site registration is completed.
