Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Garver is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the River Valley Municipal Leader within our Transportation Team in Conway or Little Rock, Arkansas. Join us in continuing our tradition of delivering reputable service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects effectively from inception to completion
• Oversee plan production
• Engage with clients for interaction and development
• Apply technical expertise in:
• Geometric design of roadways
• Construction sequencing and traffic control
• Utility relocation coordination

Additional Duties:

• Assist in marketing activities such as proposal and letter of interest production, participating in interviews and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, HCM, and MUTCD
• Experience with MicroStation, Geopak, InRoads, or similar roadway design software
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in transportation-focused consulting engineering
• PE license in Arkansas or ability to obtain reciprocity within three months
