Position Number: 22168882 County: Pulaski Posting End Date: 08/16/2025 DCFSHiring Official: Cyndi RowlettSpecial Work Conditions: The In-Home Program Manager is responsible for management, direction, development and implementation of in-home and reunification cases, ensuring processes, policy and procedures are in place and followed, providing staff education as necessary; provide consultations and technical assistance while covering the contracts assigned to the In-Home Unit.The Program Manager is expected to: operate a motor vehicle safely according to applicable laws at any time of day or night; have reliable personal transportation; extensive in-state travel ability; maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance; ability to work with families who are experiencing poverty, addiction, and/or some type of neglectful or abusive situation; to lift weight (i.e., picking up children) up to 50 lbs.; ability to transport children and adults, ability to deal with complex situations and problem solve those situations, ability to deal with stressful situations.Preferred Qualifications: Formal education of a bachelor's degree, plus four years of experience in working with children and/or families, and experience with community engagement or community resources. Public speaking and computer experience preferred. This role involves strategic planning, program evaluation, and supervision of case management to improve service delivery and client outcomes. The Supervisor/Expert serves as a subject-matter authority in social work practices, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe assignment of supervisory duties is determined by the hiring agency's operational needs.
