Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Field

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Behavioral Health Assessor to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Arizona.

Behavioral Health Assessor:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completion of functional assessments virtually and in home
• Manage urgent situations that can occur
• Manage day to day schedule to optimize assessment completion
• Documentation of functional needs
• Shift: 7am-4:30pm with some occasional Saturday work

Required Qualifications::

• 1. Bachelors degree in a Behavioral Health Field or related
  2. Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health experience required OR 2 years experience with Developmental Disability
  3. Familiar and able to use technology (computer, hot spot, cell phone, gps)

Pay Details: $30.00 - $30.00 an hour
