Responsible for day to day operations of the department. Ensures work processes are efficient, customer-focused and drive success. Supervises front line patient access staff including patient reps and financial counselors. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Management experience preferred in Admissions/ Registration, Patient Access, or Patient Financial Services/ Billing desired with an understanding of hospital operations.
