We are hiring a MIG Welder in Little Rock, AR to weld Galvaneal and stainless steel parts for hollow metal doors and frames. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality welds, follow safety procedures, and meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and cut sheets.
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment properly.
• Perform MIG welding to create strong, clean welds.
• Inspect and ensure quality welds with minimal defects.
• Keep accurate production records and report any issues.
• Maintain and perform minor maintenance on welding equipment.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Track material supplies and notify the Lead when running low.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vo-Tech welding certification or 5+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop math.
• Experience with welding tools and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in hot or cold environments.
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, etc.).
