We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Warehouse Logistics Assistant to support our busy parts department at Crain Ford of Jacksonville. This role plays a key part in ensuring an efficient flow of inventory, timely delivery of parts, and excellent service to both internal technicians and external wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts promptly and accurately to service technicians and wholesale accounts

• Organize warehouse bins daily and properly stock new incoming inventory

• Manage and process returns in accordance with company procedures

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory flow and participate in cycle counts

• Cross-train and provide support at the parts counter as needed

• Ensure the warehouse and parts department remain clean, orderly, and professional at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or automotive parts preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
