What You'll Do: As the Business Development Leader, you will:
What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing, or related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership. Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships. Deep understanding of the South Central energy market. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel and engage with clients and teams across the region.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within the South Central U.S. power sector. Familiarity with the way professional and construction services are solicited and contracted across the power market (transmission, distribution, generation, renewables, environmental, etc.)
