Job Description
We are a family-owned heavy civil contractor building bridges, highways, utilities, site development, and dams across Missouri and Arkansas. We value people over numbers, offering a team-oriented environment with competitive benefits and performance-based pay.
We are seeking an experienced field leader with 10+ years in heavy civil or bridge projects. You will lead daily jobsite operations, supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate with inspectors, and make confident field decisions. Travel is required.
Qualifications
- 10+ years heavy civil or bridge construction experience
- Proven leadership managing crews and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and field execution
- Committed to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
