Role Description

Berry & Turnage is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney for a full-time, on-site position at our Conway, AR office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal representation in personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, counseling clients, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The attorney will work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining the firm's high standards of personalized service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Law, including Personal Injury
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and effectively counseling clients
• Proven ability to conduct thorough Research to support case strategies
• Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable resolutions preferred
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions
• Prior experience in personal injury law is a plus
