Abide by InterVarsity's Code of Conduct. Believe and behave consonantly with InterVarsity's Human Sexuality Theological Paper. Affirm and behave consonantly with InterVarsity's “Women in Ministry Statement of Affirmation”Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsFamiliarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software**WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** Pay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living.
