The Contractor Program Administrator leads SPP's contractor management program, ensuring non‑employee personnel are seamlessly onboarded, supported, and offboarded while maintaining strict compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards, SPP policies, and regulatory requirements such as SOC. You'll serve as the go‑to partner connecting contractors, leaders, and internal teams, keeping everything aligned, efficient, and audit‑ready.This role is equal parts coordination and strategy.
