A company is looking for a Senior CAD Technician.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare complex architectural and engineering construction drawings for residential and commercial projectsSupport and mentor team members while producing high-quality construction documentationCommunicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams to support project needsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 2+ years of experience in 2D and 3D drafting using AutoCAD ArchitectureAdvanced knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction techniques and documentationStrong understanding of CAD/BIM concepts; proficiency in AutoCAD requiredGeneral knowledge of applicable building codes
