A company is looking for a BPL Closer responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of projected loan closings and coordinate loan closing activitiesPrepare and distribute loan documents, ensuring compliance with pre-funding conditionsReview Title Commitments and Purchase Contracts for accuracy and communicate with internal teams and clientsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred7+ years of experience in loan closing or a comparable role within the mortgage or financial services industryAbility to adapt to changing closing procedures and apply precise documentation skillsAdvanced prioritization, organizational, and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
