A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to generate detailed scopes of materials for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issuesPerform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before releasing to Project ManagerCommunicate with Project Managers and engineers to resolve issues and update project data as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materialsWorking knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials relevant to the waterworks industryFamiliarity with construction documents, including plans, specifications, and project managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with estimating software is a plus
