Role Description

This role is responsible for managing client accounts, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal insurance needs, reviewing and processing policy updates, explaining coverage options, and maintaining accurate policy records. Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines is a full-time, on-site position based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Personal Insurance products and services, with the ability to guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related insurance solutions is an added advantage
• Experience in the insurance industry is required
• Valid insurance license required, with an active Property and Casualty (P&C) License mandatory
