* Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Maintain communication with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise, current records in our applicant tracking system

* Unlock earnings through commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful placements from your referrals
