Position Overview

Supports freight routing, load assignment, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Little Rock candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress

Track shipments and maintain detailed operational documentation

Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers

Maintain dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided

Work Environment
