Job Description - General Description The Adult Education Administrative Specialist II provides support services to the department by performing routine clerical duties, entering student data, greeting visitors, and maintaining strict confidence of student information. This position also assists the SNAP Employment & Training case manager with client contacts and general office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications - Education: High School, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc. Experience General: 19 to 23 months related experience and/or training
