Description:

As an Account Executive, Multifamily Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing strategic agreements that expand Kinetics' fiber footprint within multifamily communities. You will target property owners, operators, and developers to build a robust pipeline of opportunities ranging from individual properties to large, multi-site portfolios. Your focus will include negotiating and closing Bulk Agreements, Exclusive Marketing Agreements (EMA), Non-Exclusive Marketing Agreements (NEMA), and Access Agreements to maximize long-term revenue and customer penetration. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, social selling, and in-person engagement within assigned markets. Manage the full consultative sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, with a focus on Bulk, EMA, NEMA, and Access Agreements.
