Plant Engineering Manager

Our client, a highly respected Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their key flagship facilities.

As will be part of the senior leadership team and report to the Plant Manager. You will mentor and manage one direct report and be responsible for project contractors and project teams.

Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + generous 401k match+ strong benefits + relocation

Location: Conway, AR

Responsibilities:

• Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
• Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.
• Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree or related degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering / manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/petroleum/automotive/commercial construction.
• Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.
• Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank
• Continuous Improvement experience required.
