Must have 3+ years of foreclosure, collections, title claims, creditors' rights, or closely related default servicing experience. Arkansas licensure is strongly preferred, and dual licensure in another relevant state is a major plus.

Manage foreclosure, collections, and title claims matters for institutional clients. Handle a steady caseload in a high-volume creditors' rights practice. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement communications. Assist with contested matters, court appearances, and issue resolution as needed. Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to move files efficiently. Provide clear client updates and maintain accurate case tracking. Apply strong legal judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
